WellCare OTC Card is a facility provided by WellCare Health plan to the members to use the card as their visa card for buying OTC products online and at retail pharmacies. The OTC Card has preloaded balance which is credited to your OTC account every quarter. The card can only be used to purchase over the counter eligible products.

Your WellCare OTC balance is loaded into the card every quarter. You can check your OTC card balance in many ways.

  1. Call the number given on the back of WellCare OTC card, the customer service will tell you current OTC balance
  2. You can also login to your OTC account with your account credentials, go to the OTC section and click on transaction summary to check your balance

WellCare Spendables Card Balance

Check your Wellcare Spendable Card balance on your OTC portal and by calling the customer service to learn about it. You can purchase more than the balance in your account.

Wellcare Flex card Balance

Wellcare Spendable Card is the new name of the Wellcare Flex Card. It was referred to as Flex card.

Wellcare OTC Card Activation

You can activate Wellcare OTC card in 3 ways:

  1. Go to your portal to activate card by entering your card number
  2. Call on this number 1-855-256-4620 (TTY 711) and give them your card number to activate it
  3. Download the Benefits+ app and activate the card as you can do on the portal

  1. Login to your Wellcare OTC account
  2. Go to browse section to choose OTC products
  3. Select your OTC Products
  4. Go to checkout page and complete the order
  5. You will receive the order in 7 working days
